GenusCore uses customer intake information only to process orders, generate paid reports, deliver results, and follow up on requested services.

Information We Process

We may process contact details, business details, website/domain details, questionnaire answers, payment references, technical evidence collected from public sources, generated reports, and delivery events.

Purpose

We process this information to provide the purchased service, maintain order records, improve service quality, meet legal/accounting obligations, and respond to customer support requests.

AI And Third-Party Tools

Reports are generated primarily from deterministic scoring, intake data, and public evidence. Optional AI quality checks may be used for report review and wording improvements, but customer information is not used to train public AI models.

Storage And Security

Order and report records are stored on GenusCore-controlled infrastructure with access limited to operational staff and systems that need it. We do not sell intake data.

Retention

We retain report and order records as needed for customer access, support, tax/accounting requirements, and dispute handling. Customers may request deletion where lawful and operationally possible.
