Refund Policy

All GenusCore one-off reports are generated automatically after payment. Because the service is delivered digitally within minutes, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis under the terms below.
48-Hour Satisfaction Window
If your report does not cover the scope described on the service page, email info@genuscore.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and a description of what is missing. We will either:
- Regenerate the report at no charge, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
We do not require you to justify the request — one attempt at regeneration is included automatically before a refund is issued.
Automatic Refund Triggers

What Is Not Refundable
- Disagreement with findings or recommendations — reports are based on the information you provided; they represent directional analysis, not guaranteed outcomes.
- Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery.
- Requests where the intake form contained material inaccuracies that affected report quality.
How To Request
Email info@genuscore.co.za with:
- Your order reference (Job ID from the confirmation email or portal)
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond within one business day. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
Subscription Services
Monthly monitoring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial-month refunds. If a monthly run fails to deliver and cannot be regenerated, that month's fee is refunded.
