Services

GenusCore provides fixed-scope automated business reports based on customer intake data, public technical evidence where available, deterministic analysis, and optional quality review.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for supplying accurate intake information and confirming that you have authority to submit business, domain, website, and operational details for assessment.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are shown per service. Reports are delivered by email and through a secure tracking page that requires the matching order email address.

Limitations

Reports are practical decision-support tools. They are not legal advice, financial advice, penetration tests, formal audits, or guaranteed implementation outcomes unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.

Refunds And SLA

If a paid report is not delivered within the stated SLA because of a GenusCore system failure, contact us for a refund or rescheduled delivery. Failed customer email access, incorrect intake details, and third-party outages may require support handling.

Implementation Work

Report recommendations and quote ranges are directional. Any implementation, integration, support, or managed service work requires a separate scope and agreement.
